It started with our own missed calls
We spent years on the operations side of hospitality and service businesses — the side where the phone rings during service, where the follow-up does not happen because nobody has ten spare minutes, and where the same eight questions get answered forty times a day.
Alongside that we were building and maintaining IT infrastructure for multi-location operators, which meant seeing the same pattern from the technical side: good businesses losing real revenue to gaps that were entirely solvable, and software that promised to fix it while quietly adding another system to log into.
So we built the first version for ourselves. It answered the calls we could not get to, booked what it could, and told us about the rest. It worked well enough that other operators asked for it. That is what BotGroup is.

We integrate with the booking software, CRM and calendar you already pay for. Replacing your stack is expensive, disruptive, and usually unnecessary.
We will tell you when not to automate
Some processes should be fixed before they are automated, and some should stay human. Automating a broken process just makes it fail faster.

Calls answered, appointments booked, hours returned. If a system is not moving one of those, it is decoration.
