This policy explains what BotGroup collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
When you contact us or start a booking enquiry, we collect what you give us:
- Your name, email address, phone number and business name
- What kind of business you run, what you are looking for, your rough timeline and budget
- Anything you write in a message to us
Our booking form saves your answers as you go, which means that if you start the form and do not finish it, we may still hold the answers you had entered up to that point. We use those only to follow up on your enquiry.
We also collect basic technical information automatically — the page you arrived from, your browser type, and campaign parameters in the URL if you clicked an ad or a tracked link.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to prepare for a discovery call, and to provide the services you ask us for. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
The AI assistant on this site
The chat assistant on this website is powered by a third-party language model provider. What you type into the chat is sent to that provider in order to generate a reply. Please do not enter sensitive personal or health information into the chat — use the phone number or email instead if the matter is sensitive.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this site and store enquiries — hosting, database, email delivery and the AI provider above. They process data on our instructions only. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we have a working relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Email info@botgroup.ca and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site uses only what it needs to function, plus your browser’s local storage for things like remembering that you have already opened the chat. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
